The Okanagan Gleaners Society, legally registered in Victoria, British Columbia and with Revenue Canada, is able to give receipts for tax purposes. Founded upon Christian principles, membership is open to all who endorse the goals and doctrinal guide of the Okanagan Gleaners Society.

The cost of a three year membership is $20.00. The Society operates under the requirements of the Society Act of British Columbia. Between annual meetings an elected, unpaid, Board of Directors oversees operations. Any member is eligible to seek election to the Board.
